1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Skybridge Hudson Concrete, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Skybridge Hudson Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Hudson, NH and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and concrete repair services.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes in project scope. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments at specified milestones, and final payment upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Actual completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timeframes and will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permits where required, ensuring site access for equipment and materials, protecting personal property during construction, and making timely payments according to contract terms. Clients must notify us immediately of any concerns or issues during the project.
8. Changes and Modifications
Any changes to the original project scope must be requested in writing and will be subject to additional charges. We will provide written estimates for change orders before proceeding with modified work. Changes may affect project timeline and final cost.
9. Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and materials ordered. Once work has commenced, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased.
10. Liability Limitations
Skybridge Hudson Concrete maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing conditions not disclosed, or damage resulting from client actions or third parties.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with New Hampshire law. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of New Hampshire.
